About the Event
Let's take an excursion of exploration of one of the most impactful yet often ignored aspects of the human experience. We will learn to de-code the native human language of emotion. We will learn the purpose of our emotions, how to appropriately respond to them, and ultimately how to better control them. For those traveling for the first time, Reisha Jack, LPC-MHSP is our tour guide on this quest to understand the language of emotion. What messages from the self have you been missing because you couldn't speak the language???
