Individual Therapy

Therapy sessions with just you and the therapist.

Exploration of those issues that are important to you and decide which changes you're ready to make.

Learn new coping skills, to challenge negative patterns of thinking, and to better manage your feelings.

If you have trauma to process (and we all do) I am EMDR trained as well.

Individual Therapy sessions are available in 45 or 50 minute increments.
-
It is recommended that you attend once per week during the beginning of therapy, for maximum benefit.
