Individual Therapy

  • Therapy sessions with just you and the therapist.

  • Exploration of those issues that are important to you and decide which changes you're ready to make. 

  • Learn new coping skills, to challenge negative patterns of thinking, and to better manage your feelings. 

  • If you have trauma to process (and we all do) I am EMDR trained as well.

  • Individual Therapy sessions are available in 45 or 50 minute increments.

  • It is recommended that you attend once per week during the beginning of therapy, for maximum benefit.
